The CAN-SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act governs email marking.

E-mail Newsletters can help build your brand and customer loyalty. Relevant, timely, useful information in your newsletter serves the interests and needs of your audience. Special offers and promotions are a great way to drive traffic back to your site for more information. 

With quality email marketing services, you also have access to data about how many people read those emails and followed links in the emails back to your web site.
